Jay provides executive oversight for all of D&P’s museum projects as well as executive direction for D&P’s operations. He actively engages with clients on major projects to establish project direction, budgets, schedule, and project team member assignments. Jay has served on non-profit boards and is a Director of Burke & Herbert Bank (VA).


L. SUE LEPP

Sue serves as a Project Executive for D&P's most complex exhibit projects, particularly those with extensive electronic media elements when she also often serves as the Media System Manager. She provides high cost/benefit analysis and efficient implementation. Sue has led D&P to two national ICIA awards for Systems and Facilities Design. She excels with projects in new construction environments and those that require coordinating diverse and large project teams.


MICHAEL LOCKARD

Mike brings over 30 years of Exhibit Industry experience to his role at D&P. Known as a collaborative and creative team builder, he uses his strong analytical skills and drive for results to establish an environment for success. He has managed companies with 300+ employees and $150M in annual revenue.


PHILLIP A. STOCKS
Vice President of Purchasing and Facilities

Phil manages purchasing from suppliers and subcontractors’ competitive bidding. He is an experienced administrator of Women Owned, Small, and Disadvantaged Business subcontracting plans.  Phil has participated in the development and building of five LEED certified facilities and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Interior Design + Construction.


DUNCAN MILLAR
Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Duncan identifies potential partnerships and leads the team responding to requests for proposals. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of immersive environments, interactive multimedia exhibits, large-scale interactives, touring exhibitions, and archival display cases. Duncan’s industry awards include a THEA Award for the International Spy Museum.


NANCY ARNOLD
Contract Administrator

Nancy negotiates and administers project contracts. She prepares financial control reports for large projects while maintaining client communication to ensure that the work performed meets contract requirements as well as the clients’ objectives. Nancy anticipates and solves potential problems by reviewing and providing future work plans.
