D&P is committed to delivering high-quality exhibitions, on schedule, and within budget. A Project Manager, who oversees every aspect of the project, is assigned to each account. For especially complex projects, a Project Executive—a D&P senior manager—oversees quality control and project coordination.

- Project Documentation and Support

D&P maintains its full service commitment to the project's end. Following installation, D&P conducts operations training emphasizing access, maintenance, and other procedures. The Project Manager delivers operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and a maintenance kit—along with all spare parts—to the owner's representative. The final submission includes the original warranties for all products, equipment, and systems and the project record documents including "as-built" drawings and specifications. D&P staff remains accessible to facility staff long after the project has been completed.
